About Me:
I’m known as Bex.
I’m BexDesigns on Ravelry.
I live in England.
I have 1 daughter.
I enjoy designing knitwear, knitting and spinning. I knit gifts for others, socks, clothes and accessories for my daughter and clothes for myself. I also enjoy knitting soft toys for my daughter.
I am a pattern designer so I tend to write my own patterns or adapt the patterns I use.
A few years ago I started spinning, considered by most to be an ancient craft only performed by the grey and old. Well it can be modern, new and fun! This has lead me into dyeing my own fibres and preparing raw sheep fleeces.
I also enjoy other hand crafts including polymerclay art, sewing, patchwork and quilting.
As you may have noticed from my approach to knitting and pattern design I have an engineering and mathematical background.
